These are the specific booking conditions for transfers offered through\u00a0Traviatour’s\u00a0websites, with the aim of\u00a0providing a quality service and ensuring a satisfactory experience for our clients:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Coverage area:<\/b>\u00a0Transfer prices offered through\u00a0Traviatour’s\u00a0websites apply exclusively to the urban area of each city, including the airport, train or bus stations, hotels, and apartments.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Quotes for suburban areas and other cities:<\/b>\u00a0For transfers to suburban areas or other cities, a quote must be requested in the corresponding section, as these services may have an\u00a0additional\u00a0cost.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Changes in destination address:<\/b>\u00a0In case the user needs to change the destination address, the change must be informed with prior notice so that the operator can reevaluate the fare.\u00a0Otherwise, the local service provider reserves the right to charge an additional cost in cash or refuse to perform the service.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Waiting times:<\/b>\u00a0For transfers from the hotel to the airport, it is recommended that the user be ready and waiting at the hotel reception at least 15 minutes in advance. For transfers from the airport to the hotel, the driver will be waiting in the airport arrival area with a sign with the client’s name.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Flight delays and immigration procedures:<\/b>\u00a0The local provider will consider\u00a0possible flight\u00a0delays and immigration procedures, but it is\u00a0requested\u00a0that, once these procedures are completed, the user goes directly to the departure gate before performing any other activity.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Driver waiting time:<\/b>\u00a0The driver will wait outside the airport for a maximum of 45 minutes. If the client is not present within this period, the driver will leave, and the service will be canceled. It is\u00a0requested\u00a0that the estimated time to be ready for transportation to the hotel be calculated.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Driver skills:<\/b>\u00a0Drivers have English language skills, liability insurance, driver’s license, and regulatory permits to\u00a0operate\u00a0in the promoted destinations. Additionally, they are autonomous and\u00a0comply with\u00a0the payment of their tax responsibilities.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Prohibition of food and beverage consumption:<\/b>\u00a0The consumption of food or beverages inside the vehicles used for transfers is not allowed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Specific conditions\u00a0regarding to\u00a0the reservation of activities, excursions, and guided tours.<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

In the beer tour, the consumption of alcoholic beverages is included in the price and is limited to the consumption described in the tour description or confirmation of the reservation. On the other hand, in the party tour (Pub Crawl), only welcome shots and entry to specific places are included unless otherwise specified in the tour description. It is important to note that the price of the guide is included in both tours.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Regarding\u00a0the admission of minors, their entry is only allowed on the beer tour if the local provider is informed in advance and accompanied by a responsible adult. Under no circumstances can a minor consume alcoholic beverages during the tour, even with the approval of their guardian. If the local provider\u00a0deems\u00a0it necessary, identification may be requested to verify the age of the participants. If this rule is not\u00a0complied with, the local operator reserves the right to\u00a0request\u00a0that the user leave the tour, and the corresponding reservation will be canceled.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

All relevant information for the enjoyment of the reserved activity, such as the meeting point, date, time, and duration, is detailed in the description of each service on the websites, as well as in the confirmation email sent by\u00a0Traviatour\u00a0once the reservation is made. Additionally,\u00a0Traviatour\u00a0may provide the user with a booking voucher in the confirmation email or inform the user about the receipt of an email from the provider with the voucher.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

It is essential for users to be punctual and arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes in advance, on the reserved date indicated on their booking voucher, as all activities, excursions, and guided tours are scheduled to leave at a specific time, and it is not possible to modify the start time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The duration of the activities, excursions, and guided tours may vary slightly due to factors such as the development of the service or external circumstances such as weather or traffic problems. In case of any questions or problems at the destination, users can contact the provider by phone or email provided on the booking voucher delivered by\u00a0Traviatour\u00a0at the time of confirmation. Additionally, the local provider may require the presentation of the booking voucher prior to the start of the activity and reserve the right of admission in case of not having the physical or digital voucher, and\u00a0Traviatour\u00a0will not assume any responsibility.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Specific conditions\u00a0regarding to\u00a0the reservation of Free tours.<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The Free Tour is a pay-what-you-wish tour in which the user values the service received by a tourism professional based on their level of satisfaction, IT IS NOT A FREE OF CHARGE TOUR.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The Free Tour is the source of employment and income for our local providers, their guides, and their families, who do not receive any salary from\u00a0Traviatour\u00a0s.r.o, nor do they receive any government economic support.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Our local providers have the permits required by law for their operation. Likewise, the guides are self-employed, up to date with the payment of all their tax responsibilities and have the professional license to practice the tour guide profession in the destinations we promote through our websites\u00a0www.traviatour.com<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>and\u00a0www.traviatourprague.com<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The guide pays\u00a0Traviatour\u00a0s.r.o\u00a0a fixed payment for each client we provide them. For this reason, we suggest that the economic contribution that users wish to give for the professional service received from the guide be made based on an individual basis, where the user sets the price for the service received based on their level of satisfaction. Some prefer to contribute 7\u20ac, others 10\u20ac, 20\u20ac, or more.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Anyone can book a Free Tour for themselves, for another person, their family or group through the websites,\u00a0as long as\u00a0it does not exceed the maximum number of people allowed per group. Our policies do not accept bookings for more than 6 people, from\u00a0the 7th person onwards, a price of 9\u20ac per person will be charged. If the user has multiple bookings\u00a0that together\u00a0exceed 6 people, the local provider reserves the right to demand a payment of 9\u20ac per person before starting the tour, or to deny admission to the tour.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

In case the user has made an advance payment of 9\u20ac per\u00a0member of a group of more than 6 people at the meeting point, the local provider will not guarantee that all members will participate in the activity with the same guide or that it will be an exclusive tour for them. If the user prefers a private tour, they will have to book it in advance through our websites\u00a0<\/span>www.traviatour.com<\/span><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0www.traviatourprague.com<\/span><\/a>. With the advance payment,\u00a0Traviatour\u00a0guarantees the local provider a fair compensation that dignifies the work of their professionals.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes in advance at the meeting point\u00a0indicated\u00a0in the tour description and to\u00a0modify\u00a0or cancel the reservation if the user is sure they will not be able to attend the activity or has made any flight changes. Otherwise, the guide will be waiting for them at the agreed place.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

A minimum of 6 people\u00a0is required to\u00a0carry out the tour. If the user is sure they will not be able to attend the activity, we kindly ask them to notify the local provider; otherwise, the guide will be waiting at the meeting point. The local provider reserves the right to cancel the tour with prior notice to the user in case there is a situation that could prevent its realization.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Admission Rights to Tours<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Admission rights to tours, events, and other activities offered on the websites\u00a0<\/span>www.traviatour.com<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span>and\u00a0<\/span><\/span>www.traviatourprague.com<\/a>\u00a0are subject to certain terms and conditions detailed below:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Admission Discretion:<\/b>\u00a0The local operator reserves the right to admit or reject the participation of an individual or group in any of its activities at its discretion, without the need to provide justification.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Safety and Health:<\/b>\u00a0The safety and well-being of participants are of utmost importance. Therefore, the local operator reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who poses a risk to their own safety or the safety of other participants. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals showing signs of drunkenness, intoxication, aggressive behavior, or who do not meet the health requirements\u00a0established\u00a0for the tour.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Age and Physical Capacity:<\/b>\u00a0Some tours may have age restrictions or physical capacity requirements. Minors without legal guardians are not accepted under any circumstances for beer tours, nor are minors accepted under any circumstances for party tours or tours designed exclusively for adults (18 years and older) through the websites. The local operator reserves the right to request identification documents from users to verify their age (passport, driver’s license, student ID, or national identification document).\u00a0Traviatour\u00a0is not responsible for damages or actions committed by other users attending party tours or beer tours, or by actions of third parties\u00a0encountered\u00a0in the bars visited.\u00a0Similarly, the local operator reserves the right to deny admission to individuals who do not meet these requirements.\u00a0It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure compliance with age and physical capacity requirements before booking a tour.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
