- The price of the transfers is given only for the Prague urban ar-ea, which includes the airport, train or bus stations, hotels, and apartments. For suburban areas and other cities, you must re-quest a budget in the section with the same name.
- If you book a transfer from the hotel to the airport, we recom-mend you to be ready, waiting for the driver at your reception 15 minutes before the agreed time
- If you booked a transfer from the Airport to your hotel, the driver will be waiting for you at the airport arrivals area, with a sign with your name on it. The driver considers the delay times of some flights and the migratory proceedings that some people must carry out when arriving to the city, however, we request you that after having finished with those, you go directly to the airport arrival gate before doing any other activity (eating, shop-ping etc.)
- The Driver has communication skills in Spanish and English lan-guage.
- All our drivers have a driver's license and regulatory permits to drive in the city of Prague
- Drinks or food are not allowed inside the vehicles
- Reservations up to 24 hours before the start of the tour
- Free cancellations up to 48 hours before the start of the tour. If you cancel with less than 48 hours, don´t show up or arrive late to the tour, you will not be refunded.
