• Transfer prices are provided exclusively for the urban area of ​​Prague, which includes the airport, train or bus stations, hotels, and apartments. For suburban areas and other cities, please request a quote in the section with the same name.
• If the service you book is a transfer from your hotel to the airport, we recommend that you be ready and waiting at the reception desk 15 minutes before the agreed time.
• If the service you book is a transfer from the airport to your hotel, the driver will be waiting for you at the exit, in the arrivals area, holding a sign with your name on it. The company takes into account flight delays and immigration procedures that some people must complete upon arrival. However, we ask that after completing these procedures, you proceed directly to the exit before engaging in any other activity (eating, shopping, etc.).
• The driver is fluent in Spanish or English.
• All our drivers hold a driver's license and valid permits to operate in Prague.
• Reservations are accepted up to 24 hours before the tour start time.
• Free cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the tour start time. No refunds will be issued for those who cancel less than 48 hours in advance, fail to show up, or arrive late for the tour.
