- We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the start time of the tour at the agreed place.
- The tour is going to be done by an English speaker guide
- All our guides are professionals in different areas and have a professional license to work as a guide tour in the city of Prague
- The private tour to Terezín concentration camp does not include tickets worth 12€ per person
- The private tour to Kutná Hora does not include tickets to the se-dlec ossuary and the Cathedral of Santa Barbara worth 12€
- It does not include meals, drinks.
- Pets are not allowed in Prague Castle either Jewish Quarter
- Reservations up to 24 hours before the start of the tour
- Free cancellations up to 48 hours before the start of the tour. If you cancel with less than 48 hours, don´t show up or arrive late to the tour, you will not be refunded
